Darom Hadash - Park HaYam

Park ha-Yam ("Sea Park") — a marketing name for a new seaside residential cluster in the southern part of Bat Yam, near Kumemiyot Beach and the interchange of the same-name highway. This is the city's first "ecological" district, notably different from the rest of Bat Yam: premium towers of 30–45 stories with sea views, apartments of 3–6 rooms, penthouses and duplexes. Several major projects are simultaneously underway in the district: Sea & Park (Lev Nativ) — a 45-story tower 137 m high right at the beach, Hi Yam Tower (Tidhar) with 34 stories 400 m from the sea, Sarfati Sea & Park with four 23-story buildings for 350 apartments, Brizo Park HaYam (SF Group). All projects are new construction with underground parking, elevators, MAMAD (safe rooms) and smart systems. The master plan includes the "Sea View" park with an area of 100 dunams (10 hectares), a sports complex, a shopping center with an entertainment zone, a hotel and a business cluster. Some of these facilities are still in the design stage. Direct access to Ayalon Highway and Route 431 (to Jerusalem, Ben Gurion Airport, Rehovot) via the Kumemiyot interchange. About 1 kilometer to the southern terminus of the Red Line.
